This notice describes how Quixxt processes the personal data collected through quixxt.com, the contact forms, direct communications and applications. It is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Data controller

The data controller is Quixxt S.r.l.s., with registered office at Via Giuseppe dalla Vedova, 18 (RM), VAT no. IT18384331007. For questions about data processing or to exercise your rights you can write to Privacy@quixxt.com.

Data processed

  • Browsing and security data: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser, operating system, response status and the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.

  • Data sent through the contact form: first and last name, email, phone, company, role, need, message, budget, privacy consent and any newsletter choice.

  • Direct communications: email address, content of the message and any data entered by the user when writing to the addresses published on the site.

  • Applications: contact details, CV, experience and other information sent spontaneously to the dedicated address.

  • Preference data: choices made through the site's cookie preference centre.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to requests, assessing a project and carrying out pre-contractual activities: performance of measures requested by the data subject, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  • Delivering, protecting and diagnosing the site, preventing abuse and keeping evidence of privacy preferences: legitimate interest of the controller, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

  • Sending informational or commercial communications requested through the newsletter option: consent, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which can be withdrawn at any time.

  • Measuring site usage or enabling non-essential advertising tools, where present: consent given through the banner, in the cases where the law requires it.

  • Assessing spontaneous applications and contacting candidates again: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and, for any special categories of data, the further conditions provided for by law.

Providing your data

The fields marked as mandatory in the contact form are necessary to handle the request. Failure to provide them prevents the form from being submitted. Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and does not affect the possibility of contacting Quixxt.

Providers and recipients

Data may be processed by authorised personnel and by providers that support the delivery of the site and services, appointed as processors where required. The categories of parties involved include:

  • hosting and cloud infrastructure providers that host the site and the contact form database;

  • the consent management system integrated in the site, for recording cookie preferences;

  • any statistical measurement and tag management tools, activated in line with the preferences expressed;

  • email and collaboration providers used to reply to requests;

  • external scheduling services, when the user chooses to book a call through a dedicated link.

When you visit external services through a link, processing also takes place under the notices published by the respective providers.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or of safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses, as applicable to the individual service.

Retention

  • Contact requests and correspondence are kept for the time needed to handle them and, if a relationship arises, for the subsequent contractual, administrative and legal obligations.

  • Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested, without prejudice to the minimum data needed to document the withdrawal.

  • Applications are kept for the time needed for the assessment and deleted when no longer relevant, unless retention for future opportunities is requested.

  • Technical logs, analytics data and proof of preferences follow the periods configured in the relevant services and are limited to what is necessary for security, statistics and proof of consent.

Data subject rights

In the cases provided for by the GDPR, the data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing. They may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Requests can be sent to Privacy@quixxt.com. To protect the data, Quixxt may ask for the information needed to verify the identity of the requester.

Automated processing and minors

The data collected through the site is not used for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The services on the site are aimed at companies and professionals and are not directly intended for minors.
