A structured system of rules, controls and procedures adopted by Quixxt to prevent predicate offences, ensure operational transparency and promote a corporate culture founded on legality.
Organisational Model
Quixxt S.r.l.s. has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, aimed at preventing the commission of predicate offences and ensuring a corporate culture based on legality and transparency.
Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics sets out the principles of conduct that must inspire the behaviour of all recipients (directors, employees, collaborators, suppliers and partners) in carrying out their respective activities.
Disciplinary system
The disciplinary system governs the sanctions that apply in the event of a breach of the Organisational Model and the Code of Ethics, ensuring the effectiveness and proportionality of the penalties.
Supervisory Body
The Supervisory Body, autonomous and independent, oversees the operation and updating of the Organisational Model, receiving reports and verifying the effectiveness of the measures adopted.
